Gill.Judge Gill has been on the bench for decades and Bajaj reflected on his first trial with Judge Gill about 17-years ago. Bajaj said, “It was a horrific set of facts and crimes. In our motions, Judge David Gill gave us every opportunity to argue these precised nuances in the law. And many times, on the defense side, we were victorious.
